Privacy Policy

Trinity River Systems LLC ("we") operates VHproduct. This policy explains what we collect when you use VHproduct's sites, apps and Trinity River Systems Support, our customer service by text, and how that information is used.
VHproduct is a brand of Trinity River Systems LLC. Trinity River Systems LLC is VHproduct's parent company and the business that operates Trinity River Systems Support and its text messaging program.
The short version
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
"We" here is Trinity River Systems LLC, which operates VHproduct and Trinity River Systems Support.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except Twilio, the carrier and service provider that delivers our text messages.
Your SMS opt-in and consent are collected by and belong to Trinity River Systems LLC, the only sender of Trinity River Systems Support texts.
We do not send marketing texts. Trinity River Systems Support texts are replies to what you ask us.
What we collect
- Account information. When you have a VHproduct account: your username, display name, the email address or sign-in method you use, and your account settings.
- Phone numbers. Your number when you text or call Trinity River Systems Support or sign up on our text page; the VHproduct number assigned to an account; and the contacts an account holder saves in Communicator.
- Text message content. The texts you send us and our replies, with the time of each. If you send a picture, we note that one was sent; we do not open or show it.
- Call logs. For calls through Communicator: the numbers, the time, how long the call lasted and how it ended. Calls are not recorded.
- Consent records. When you text SUPPORT to us: your number, that text and its time. When you sign up on our text page: your phone number, the wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on and the time. To stop abuse of the form we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your network address, never the address itself.
- Technical information. Our servers keep standard logs, including network addresses, for security. These logs stay on our servers and are not shared.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and keep the history of a support conversation, so we can follow up on what you asked.
- To run your account and the services you use, including calls and texts in Communicator.
- To keep a record that you agreed to receive texts, and when you opted out.
- To keep our services secure and to stop spam and abuse.
We do not use your phone number or texts for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run our services for us, and only so they can do that work:
- Twilio, which carries our calls and delivers our text messages.
- The companies that host our servers.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messages
Trinity River Systems Support sends customer service texts only to people who opt in: by starting a text to us with the keyword SUPPORT, or by signing up on our text page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You get one text confirming it, and then no more texts. Reply START to join again.
- Reply HELP for help.

How long we keep it
We keep support texts and call logs while they help us answer you and run your account. We keep consent records for as long as you are signed up, and for four years after you opt out, so we can show when you agreed and when you stopped. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices

Our text messaging is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly sign up children under 13 for texts.
Security and changes
We protect information with access controls and encrypted connections. No service is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
