These terms are an agreement between you and Trinity River Systems LLC, doing business as VHproduct. They cover your use of VHproduct's sites and services, including Trinity River Systems Support, our customer service by text.
VHproduct is a brand of Trinity River Systems LLC. Trinity River Systems LLC is VHproduct's parent company and the business that operates Trinity River Systems Support and its text messaging program.
Using our services
By using VHproduct's sites and services you agree to these terms. Use them lawfully, and do not try to harm them, get around their limits or reach other people's accounts.
Some services need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your sign-in safe.
SMS Terms
Program
Trinity River Systems Support is customer service by text, run by Trinity River Systems LLC. Every message in this program is sent by Trinity River Systems LLC and by no one else. It is a conversation: you text us a question, and we reply to what you asked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you sign up
You join by texting the keyword SUPPORT to Trinity River Systems Support at (938) 867-4090: start your first text with SUPPORT, then ask your question (for example, "SUPPORT: my order did not arrive"). Upper or lower case both work, and SUPPORT on its own counts. You can also enter your number and check the consent box on our text page. After opting out, reply START to join again. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages
- Message frequency varies, depending on what you ask.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or text Trinity River Systems Support at (938) 867-4090 or email system@vhproduct.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your consent is given to Trinity River Systems LLC only. How we handle your number and your texts is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our content
VHproduct's sites, apps, names and logos belong to Trinity River Systems LLC. You keep what you create with our services.
Services as they are
We work to keep our services running, but they are provided as they are, without promises that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Trinity River Systems LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using them.
