Kian Devoto's accomplishments
Kian Devoto shapes what VHproduct builds and how the team works together. His accomplishments so far:
Parts of the VHproduct interface
Kian Devoto came up with many parts of the VHproduct interface, the look and layout people see across the company's products.
Company coordination
He manages coordination across the company, keeping the people at VHproduct and Aqua Studios working toward the same goals.
Primary feedback lead
He is the first person to review a new idea, and he decides whether a service is worth building.
How Kian Devoto works
Kian Devoto's work sits close to research and development, but his main job is feedback. When someone at VHproduct has an idea for a new service, it goes to him first, and he decides whether it is worth building before the work starts.
He keeps giving feedback once a product is underway, which is how many of his own ideas ended up in the VHproduct interface.
He also handles employee management: who is working on what, and how the team stays coordinated.
Kian Devoto and the VHproduct team
Kian Devoto works alongside the rest of the VHproduct and Aqua Studios staff.
