Van Hill is the founder and CEO of VHproduct, where he designs, writes and runs every product himself.
Short
Van Hill is the founder and chief executive of VHproduct, a software studio behind Phosphor, a browser game platform with its own 3D engine; Harmony, its chat and account system; and the VHproduct Exchange, a currency and card system used across the platform. He writes the engine, the servers and the interfaces himself.
Long
Van Hill founded VHproduct and builds its software end to end. What began as a chat application grew into a connected platform: Phosphor, a game platform with a WebGL engine, a 3D creator and shared multiplayer worlds; Harmony, the chat and account layer everything signs in through; the VHproduct Exchange, which issues VHp and a Buy Now Pay Later card; VH-Store, where members spend it; and VHproduct Music, VHproduct TV and V-Studio alongside them. Van Hill works as a practising engineer rather than an executive at a distance — the renderer, the multiplayer hub, the payment ledger and the servers they run on are all his, which is what lets the products fit together as tightly as they do.
